Dorothy was one of the original Founding Board Members of the highly successful Texas Bicycle Coalition, serving as a Board Member for six years. Her experience with professional bicycle racing is extensive. At the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, she served as the Cycling Information Desk and Cyclist’s Liaison. In 2004, she attained the rank of UCI International Commissaire (Referee). Dorothy has officiated several World Championships and World Cups, as well as the Amgen Tour of California and numerous other international professional bicycle races and National championships. She has promoted cycling events and currently works closely with other professional bicycle race promoters, announcers, race referees, timing companies, teams, sound crews, and staging crews in various capacities. She thoroughly understands all the elements necessary for a high quality international event and has a working knowledge of the timeline schedule, financial obligations, and overall flow of international professional bicycle races as well as the meetings schedules and operations.
Dorothy is active with the amateur racing scene as well, serving the Marymoor Velodrome Association as Officials Assignor and Educator and the Washington State Bicycle Association (WSBA) as the Officials’ Liaison and Educator. She holds a B.S. degree in Elementary Education.
Jennifer Krebs

Jennifer Krebs' professional focus is on intellectual property, both litigation and transactional.
In her law practice, she has obtained successful results in domain name transfer disputes before
the World Intellectual Property Organization, litigated in federal court, handled several hearings,
and helped protect clients' rights to their intellectual property. Jennifer has a background in communications
and local government. She has managed a community media non-profit organization
and worked on technology upgrades for public access television.
Jennifer attended the University of Washington School of Law, and holds a Juris Doctor degree, June 2004, High Honors.
She is a member of the State of Washington BAR (2004), Federal District, Western District of Washington (2005),
and Court of Federal Claims, Washington, D.C (2006). She has also attended McGill University in Montreal, CAN,
where she obtained Master of Arts, Anthropology, April 1994, Max Bell Graduate Fellowship.

Brian E. Lewis

Brian brings a wealth of experience to Tour of the Evergreens, having served as Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel for Wizards of the Coast, Inc. where he helped the company grow for nine years. His particular expertise is strongest in corporate matters and intellectual property issues. He focuses his practice on the business needs of media and technology clients in all phases of their evolution. Mr. Lewis has considerable experience in entertainment property transactions, having negotiated successfully for a vast array of sports and entertainment properties.
He is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where he was on Law Review and returns as a frequent guest lecturer. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University prior to working for several years with Boeing where he co-chaired the 777 fuselage design team. A long standing member of the ABA Cyberspace committee, Mr. Lewis has been on the cutting edge of legal developments related to the Internet for over a decade.
Brian works with several non-profits including the Detlef Schrempf Foundation, the Olympic and Extreme Sports Foundation, and the Pazzo Velo Foundation. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
Chad Sperry
Technical Operations
Chad Sperry is the Organizer of the Mt Hood Cycling Classic. The 2008 edition is the race's 6th year. Mt Hood is a domestic stage race on the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar. In addition, the Classic has been named as one of only three UCI women’s races in the nation, an honor that will make it an Olympic qualifier event. Chad is also the Race Director of the Cascade Classic in Bend, Oregon.
Peter Verbrugge
Exposition and Festival
Peter owned and operated three different alternative rock clubs in 1980-91 and has promoted hundreds of concerts. He earned a Video Production degree in 1996, and started his own production company (Pep Productions Inc), after five years as the Crocodile Café's (Seattle's top rock music club) promotions manager. Peter has co-produced many Seattle festivals, including the Fremont Fair 1998-2003 and Fremont's original outdoor cinema. Currently Peter produces Seattle's top New Years Eve event and the Renton Outdoor cinema and music for 4th of Jul-Ivars Fireworks festival. In recognition for excellence in the field Peter has won three King County Event Producers Awards (KEPA) .
